  Probably the best pizza in the Westcott area, at least as far as delivery. I've been here twice now and both times I've tried their pizza- once a regular, standard pepperoni pie and the other time I tried a slice of their buffalo chicken pizza.
  
  The buffalo chicken pizza has a solid, more-that-average dose of mozzarella, and the sauce is mild-medium yet still has a noticeable kick at the end.  Not enough to scare away those who don't like spicy food, but enough to satisfy those of us who like some zest.  They also have Franks's hot sauce out, along with their Parmesan, etc.  
  
  Regular pizza is good, though I would say unspectacular. In my experience they seem good about keeping the slices fresh and juicy during the lunch hour, and they'll accommodate you if you ask for certain slices (based on size, shape, etc.)
  
  Very friendly staff- we had a brief but pleasant conversation.  
  
  Pizza is very affordable, no more than you'd pay anywhere else.  I've left satisfied both times I've gone.

  They messed up our pizza. Sent another which was nice, no charge. But then the driver proceeded to cuss us out and honk his horn at us screaming "fuck you". We called the place one more time to inform them of what happend, and the owner himself cussed us out as well. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Very unsatisfied, never had such horrible customer service before.

  So glad to have Dorian's! If you're vegetarian like me, this place offers a huge variety! Whether you prefer pizza, burger, salad, wraps or sides, they have everything! The staff are really nice and service is quick! Prices are super affordable, and they're open until midnight!!! Great to grab a lunch or dinner, or just a quick bite while studying late!

  This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. The owner should be disgusted at how disrespectful his staff is. The pizza delivery guy was in my driveway for one minute called me once watched him pull out of my drive way, then called me back and said "guess you didn't  want your pizza, I'm going back to the shop". Extremely rudely. Then I continued to call the shop to explain to the manger the issue and the person who picked up the phone laughed when I said I needed to speak to the manger. Awesome customer service. Then when the manger got on he continued to argue with me about the issue instead of offer to help me. I work in the restaurant business myself and this is the worst experience I've ever had at any business I would not be writing this if I did not feel others need to know. I am truly sorry for anyone else who must deal with this terrible customer service.

  TL;DR: The owner doesn't care if you get his pizza, skip this place, they don't stand by their food.
  
  After spending hours lifting couches up and down stairs helping a friend move in to his new apartment, we grabbed some IPA, sat down, then  ordered a pizza and wings. I'm from New York city, so I know what a good pizza is. When the pizza arrived 45 minutes later (as to be expected in Syracuse) the pizza came, but the cheese slid off during transit. No biggie, we called and they sent over a new one. Half hour later, new pizza comes, and the driver opens the window, shows us the pizza, everything is fine. We turn around to walk back in, and the guy yells, "Fuck you!". Real professional. I call the restaurant to let the manager know that the guy was really rude, and I got the owner who's response was, "Fuck you!!! Don't order our pizza again!!" To say the least, this place isn't worth you time. Get yourself Pavone's Pizza if you like a greasier new york style pizza, you'll be happy you did. Twin Trees, OIP, Dominos, hell even Little Caesars is a better choice. Just for the love of god don't waste your time and money with this place. Enjoy your pizza, and hopefully your pizza experiences is better than this, but don't hold your breath.
